零能耗居住建筑示范工程技术应用及性能测试

目前国内在严寒地区、寒冷地区、夏热冬冷地区及夏热冬暖地区均已建成超低能耗、近零能耗建筑示范项目.如何实现建筑物向更低能耗的方向发展,其技术路径基本一致,即通过采用被动式技术手段、主动式能源系统能效提升及可再生能源系统应用等策略.本文通过零能耗示范工程的实施关键技术研究与测试,重点解决零能耗居住建筑关键技术与近零能耗居住建筑体系融合问题.探索实现更高水平、更高层次、更先进的近零能耗居住建筑,促进零能耗居住建筑关键技术成果的集成利用和创新示范.
Technology Application and Performance Testing of Zero Energy Residential Building Demonstration Project
At present,ultra-low energy building and near zero energy building demonstration projects have been built in severe cold regions,cold regions,hot summer and cold winter regions,as well as hot summer and warm winter regions in China.How to achieve the development of buildings towards lower energy consumption,the technological path is basically the same,that is,through the use of passive technology methods,active energy system energy efficiency improvement,and the application of renewable energy systems and other strategies.This article focuses on the research and testing of key technologies for the implementation of zero energy demonstration projects,with a particular emphasis on addressing the integration of key technologies for zero energy residential buildings with near zero energy residential building systems,so as to explore the realization of higher-level and more advanced near zero energy residential buildings,promote the integrated utilization and innovative demonstration of key technological achievements in zero energy residential buildings.
