摘要
村庄规划是指导乡村发展建设的基本依据,是实现乡村振兴的重要支撑.本文聚焦于"景村"联动视角下的村庄规划编制,以"三峡坝首第一村"中堡村为案例,探索了"景村"空间协同的"两山"价值转化路径、"城村"产业协同的村庄产业发展范式、"企村"治理协同的全域国土综合整治模式,探索规划、项目、措施多位一体的村庄规划编制思路与创新,为"景村""城村""企村"融合地区的村庄规划编制提供有效借鉴.
Abstract
Village planning is both basic basis for guiding rural development,and important support for achieving rural revitalization.This article focuses on the village planning compilation from the perspective of the linkage between"scenery"and"village".Taking Zhongbao Village,No.1 village of Three Gorges Dam as a case study,it explores the value transformation path of"Two Mountains Theory"in the spatial synergy of"scenery-village",the development paradigm of village industry in the industrial synergy of"urban-village",and the comprehensive land consolidation model in the governance synergy of"enterprise-village".It explores the ideas and innovations of village planning and development that integrate planning,projects,and measures,providing effective reference for village planning and development in the integration areas of"scenery-village","urban-village",and"enterprise-village".
