Practice of Water System Planning in Hilly Cities from Perspective of Ecological Infrastructure——Case study of Sichuan-Chongqing Gaozhu New Area
Currently,China constantly emphasizes on the blue-green space construction, and how to scientifically plan urban ecological infrastructure has gradually become a focus of the industry.Based on the water system planning of hilly cities, this paper discusses the planning practice of organically integrating the spatial layout of ecological infrastructure with urban development and construction in the context of new area planning.Planning schemes are proposed from the aspects of pre-controlling water system space, leveraging wetland functions, and reconstructing urban water relations,in order to fully realize the ecosystem services of ecological infrastructure such as water source conservation, water quality purification,as well as rainwater and flood regulation, promote high-quality green development of cities, and provide reference and guidance for similar mountainous and hilly cities.
