Whole village demolition and removal aims to replan and reuse the land,providing space for urban construction and planning,and contributing to urban renewal and regional economic development.This article is based on the concept of comprehensive demolition and the key points of risk management of old villages.It specifically analyzes the basic situation,transformation necessity,and the existing risks of the renovation project of old villages in the eastern part of Huli District,Xiamen City.It also summarizes specific measures to address four risks of the projects,aiming to provide reference and guidance for risk management and efficient promotion of large-scale comprehensive village demolition and removal projects.
