摘要

为确保近海富水砂层开挖地表沉降值不超过影响范围内房建允计值,本文通过建模模拟计算、计算数据与实测相结合对比分析,开挖、支护、降水方案论证优化,提出了临近建筑物富水砂层基坑开挖监控量测方法,加大泥浆比重护壁、多重堵水与防水、降水措施,成功解决了施工中遇到的技术难题,以期为同类工程提供经验借鉴.

Abstract

In order to ensure that the surface settlement value of offshore water-rich sand layer excavation does not exceed the allowable value of housing construction within the influence range,this paper compares and analyzes the excavation,support,and precipitation plans through modeling and simulation calculations,combining calculated data with actual measurements.It proposes a monitoring and measurement method for excavation of foundation pits in water-rich sand layers near buildings,increasing the mud density for wall protection,multiple water blocking and waterproofing measures,and precipitation measures.The technical difficulties encountered during construction have been successfully solved,with the aim of providing experience and reference for similar projects.
