Research on AI Development Status and Related Policy Suggestions in Housing and Urban-Rural Development
The housing and urban-rural development is an important sector for the"AI+"operation,which can fully leverage the advantages of China's huge market with abundant application scenarios and accelerate the cultivation and development of new quality productivity.This paper outlines ten typical scenarios of AI application in three major areas of housing and urban-rural development,namely,infrastructure support,construction industry,and urban development,and studies the profound impacts exerted by AI on the housing and urban-rural development industry,including the occupation rebuilding and knowledge demands,the increased difficulty in breaking through"bottleneck"technologies,and the fact that buildings will become the next generation of intelligent terminals.Main problems are analyzed including insufficient industry awareness,lack of high-quality large-scale model training data,and insufficient guidance for the development of industry-specific large-scale models,and policy suggestions of coordinately promoting the innovations of AI technologies and scenarios in the housing and urban-rural development sector are proposed by integrating the AI technology into the national strategic layout,building and opening up"data foundation"and strengthening supports and guidance.
