摘要
住宅性能评价对推动住宅产业高质量发展具有重要的促进作用.本文介绍了英国与中国的住宅性能评价体系特点,重点对比分析了二者的内容框架、适用范围、评定方式、评价指标等内容,以期挖掘助力提升我国住宅性能的关键性指标及方法.同时,对下一步我国住宅性能评价重点工作提出几点思考和展望.
Abstract
Housing performance evaluation plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of housing industry.This paper introduces the characteristics of the housing performance evaluation systems in Britain and China respectively,and focuses on the comparison and analysis of content framework,application scope,evaluation methods and evaluation indicators of both systems,to explore the key indicators and methods that help improve the housing performance in China.At the same time,some thoughts and prospects are put forward for the next step of housing performance evaluation in China.
