摘要
为探索创新现阶段我国建筑业与房地产业发展理念,在分析 2020版美国《国家绿色建筑标准》(ICC 700)的修订背景、内容结构和技术要求的基础上,总结了可供借鉴的相关亮点.首先回顾了2007年以来该标准的发展历程,其次从章节和附录等方面梳理了该标准的内容结构,并简要总结了本次主要修订之处.重点从场地设计、新建建筑、更新改造这三个方面,对该版本的绿色评价技术要求进行了描述.最后从空间、时间和专业三个维度对该标准的可参考之处进行了分析总结.
Abstract
With the aim of exploring new development concept of current construction industry and real estate industry,the revision background,content structure and technical requirements of the National Green Building Standard(ICC 700-2020)are analyzed and summarized.This paper begins with reviewing the development of the standard since 2007.The content structure and amendments are sorted out.Three important characteristics of site design,new construction and renovation are analyzed,and the highlights of the standard are summarized from space,time and expertise.
