装配式技术在国外低多层住宅中的比较研究

摘要
装配式建筑近年来在国内发展迅速,基于在规模、技术、产业链、政策等方面的优势,有装配式逐渐出口至国外的趋势.本文以中东某国保障型住房批量化建设装配式前期咨询为依托,为装配式技术在国外小型建筑中的应用由集成度高到集成度低分别提供四种方案分别是:混凝土模块化技术体系、保温装饰一体化叠合剪力墙体系、现浇混凝土结构+预制ALC条板、现浇泡沫模板保温一体化体系,并针对四种方案就本项目的应用可行性展开介绍,对技术特点进行对比.对装配式技术在国外小型建筑中的应用具有重要的参考价值.
Abstract
Prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly in recent years domestically,based on the advantages in scale,technology,industrial chain and policies,it has a trend towards exporting technology abroad.This paper,combined with the preliminary consultation for the batch construction of affordable housing in a Middle Eastern country,provides four solutions for the application of prefabricated technology in foreign small buildings,ranging from high to low integration level:concrete modular technology system,integrated insulation and decoration composite shear wall system,cast-in-place concrete structure with prefabricated ALC panels,and integrated cast-in-place foam formwork insulation system.The application feasibility of these four solutions for this project is introduced by comparing their technical characteristics,which has important reference for the application of prefabricated technology in foreign small buildings.
