Suggestions on Applying Intelligent and Information Technology to Improve Housing Livability
This article analyzes the use of intelligent and information technology to improve the green and livable quality of housing.Through the application of system integration,cloud computing,Internet of Things,BIM,AI,transmission and other technologies,a smart home is created with safety,comfort,convenient management,green energy saving,flexible application and super strong experience.This paper mainly focuses on the operation and management services of the housing property,and intends to break down information silos,achieve efficient data interconnectivity,and strengthen stakeholder integration and management through the use of emerging technologies.It also promotes the application of housing security,smart home,and BIM technology,and puts forward relevant opinions and suggestions on the development of operation and management service,so as to promote the improvement of green and livable quality of housing by fully leveraging the power of modern technology.
