北京市朝阳区某小区雨污水改造工程项目分析

本文针对北京市朝阳区某小区污水无排除出路及雨季雨水积水严重的问题进行了雨污水改造工程分析.对小区管线现状情况、周边市政条件以及排水管线现存的问题进行了摸排,确定市政管网及现状河道都不满足小区雨水的接入条件,同时在充分了解改造需求后对现状雨污水管线的改造工程进行了优化设计.鉴于暴雨时段降水量较大,在雨水提升泵站前设置雨水调蓄池,减小下游雨水泄水压力.雨水提升泵站在设计过程中,分别对传统泵站及一体化泵站两种形式进行了计算及方案设计,最终择优选择了传统泵站.优化方案使得小区雨污水皆有排除出路,小区内涝问题得到了有效的改善.
Analysis of Rainwater and Sewage Improvement Project in Community of Chaoyang District,Beijing City
This article analyzes the rainwater and sewage renovation project for a residential area in Chaoyang District,Beijing City,which has no drainage outlet for sewage and serious waterlogging during the rainy season.A survey is conducted on the current situation of the community's pipe-lines,surrounding municipal conditions,and existing drainage pipeline problems,so as to verify whether the municipal pipeline network and current river channels meet the requirements for rainwater access in the community.At the same time,after fully understanding the renovation needs,the ren-ovation project of the current rainwater and sewage pipelines is optimized and designed.In view of the large precipitation during the rainstorm period,a rainwater storage tank is set in front of the rainwater lift pump station to reduce the downstream rainwater discharge pressure.During the design process of the rainwater lift pump station,calculations and scheme designs are carried out for both traditional and integrated pump stations,and the traditional pump station is ultimately selected as the better option.The optimization plan has provided drainage outlets for both rainwater and sewage in the community,effectively improving the problem of waterlogging in the community.
