Study on Path of Enhancing Sludge Resource Utilization Level in Zhejiang Province
Sludge treatment is not only a critical aspect of effective pollutant management,but also an essential component in achieving resource recycling and fostering circular economy development.This paper systematically analyzes the situation of sludge generation and treatment in Zhejiang Province from three aspects:the volume of sludge produced,the construction of harmless treatment and disposal facilities,and the actual sludge treatment situation.It identifies the challenges faced in sludge disposal and utilization,such as the need for improved quality and efficiency in sludge treatment and disposal,relatively singular structure of sludge treatment and disposal,and the need for enhanced supervision throughout the entire sludge disposal process.The paper proposes targeted suggestions for optimizing the treatment structure,enhancing the facilities efficiency,strengthening digital and intelligent supervision,improving the policy system,promoting technological innovation,and strengthening publicity and science education,with an aim to enhance the sludge resource utilization level in Zhejiang Province and to promote technological progress and low-carbon circular development in the sludge industry.
