Research on Renovation and Upgrade Strategies of Old Urban Drainage Systems——Taking Shenyang City as an example
Urban drainage system is an important component of urban infrastructure,playing an important role in urban flood prevention and drain-age,water environment protection,public health and safety,etc.However,due to factors such as the long construction period and low design standards,many cities face problems such as aging and damage to their drainage systems,insufficient drainage capacity,and incomplete separation of rainwater and sewage.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in old urban drainage systems,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the renovation and upgrading of urban old drainage systems from the aspects of improving planning,implementing pipeline network renovation,promoting rainwater and sewage diversion,strengthening facility maintenance,and constructing regulating and storage facilities.By addressing both the symptoms and root causes,implementing multiple approaches,and systematically promoting the transformation of urban drainage systems,we can fill the gaps in urban development,enhance the comprehensive carrying capacity of cities,and lay solid foundation for building resilient and sponge cities.
