Analysis of Design and Construction Technology of Prefabricated Campus in Shenzhen Urban Renewal——Taking Huanglongpo School in Longgang District,Shenzhen City as an example
Urban renewal is of great significance for the rational and full utilization of limited land resources in first tier cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen.In the process of urban renewal,it is necessary to design different types of buildings reasonably and adopt rational construction techniques so as to achieve building design and construction in the context of urban renewal,thereby ensuring project quality.This article combines the new construction project of Huanglongpo nine-year integrated school in Longgang District,Shenzhen City.Located on an urban renewal site in Shenzhen,the school is designed with prefabricated structures.Therefore,the overall architecture and structure of the campus are designed under the background of urban renewal,and corresponding construction techniques are studied in order to provide some reference for campus building design and construction in context of urban renewal.
