摘要
在建筑产业现代化高质量发展过程中如何充分发挥知识产权引领保障作用,确保建筑产业现代化有序健康发展,是摆在全行业和各级住建主管部门面前的重要而又紧迫的任务.本文从知识产权在现代经济发展和建筑产业现代化发展中具有重要引领支撑作用、知识产权发展现状及存在的主要问题、下步推进建筑产业现代化知识产权工作的对策思路等三方面开展初步研究,以期抛砖引玉.
Abstract
How to fully leverage the leading and safeguarding role of intellectual property rights in the modernization and high-quality development of the construction industry,and ensure the orderly and healthy development is an important and urgent task for the whole industry and the housing authorities at various levels.This article expounds the important leading and supporting role of intellectual property rights in modern economic development and construction industry modernization,the current situation and main problems of intellectual property rights development,thoughts and countermeasures for promoting the intellectual property rights in construction industry modernization in the next step for reference.
