Practice and Exploration of Reclaimed Water Application in Old Town of Shenzhen City
Reclaimed water is mainly a type of unconventional water resource,which is obtained by treating sewage or rainwater appropriately to meet certain water quality standards and can be used for urban miscellaneous use,industrial water,landscape water,river replenishment,etc.To alleviate the pain points of water shortage in Shenzhen City in the future,Shenzhen has planned in advance to promote the construction and application of reclaimed water.However,there are many difficulties in promoting the use of reclaimed water in old urban areas.This article takes an old urban area in Shenzhen as an example,based on the relatively poor background and low demand of the old urban area,this paper conducts targeted practices and explorations of the application of reclaimed water,hoping to provide reference for the sustainable development of reclaimed water in the old urban area and promote high-quality development of the city.
