摘要
对于老城区市政雨污分流工程项目而言,项目管理的实施是非常重要的,可以跟踪管控各个阶段,及时发现并且处理问题,保障该项工程良好建成.鉴于此,本文着重分析老城区市政雨污分流工程项目管理可能出现的问题,探讨如何优化实施项目管理,提出相关建议.
Abstract
For the municipal rainwater and sewage diversion project in the old city area,the implementation of project management is very important.It can track and control each stage,timely discover and deal with problems,and ensure the good completion of the project.In view of this,this article focuses on analyzing the possible problems in the management of municipal rainwater and sewage diversion projects in old urban areas,exploring how to optimize the implementation of project management,and proposing relevant suggestions.
