本文分析了国土空间规划体系下的城市更新规划方法.通过文献回顾和案例分析,探讨了规划方法的理论基础、实施步骤和实际应用.以贵州省为例,详细阐述了城市更新规划的具体实践,数据和图表的支持进一步验证了规划方法的科学性和有效性.最后,总结了城市更新规划方法在提高城市宜居性、推动经济发展和保护生态环境方面的作用和挑战.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the urban renewal planning methods under the territorial and spatial planning system.Through literature review and case analysis,the theoretical basis,implementation steps and practical applications of planning methods are explored.Taking Guizhou Province as an example,the specific practice of urban renewal planning is elaborated in detail,and the support of data and charts further verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the planning method.Finally,it summarizes the role and challenges of urban renewal planning methods in improving urban livability,promoting economic development and protecting the ecological environment.
