Analysis on Old Community Renovation in Agricultural Market Area of Maxiang Street
There are many old communities in today's cities.Due to historical reasons,most of these communities suffer from problems such as incomplete lagging functions in property management,intelligent parking gate updates,safety management of floating population,community roads,and greenery management,which urgently need to transformed.This paper fully studies the current situation of Wumei Community in Maxiang Street,Xiang'an District,Xiamen City,and analyzes the policies of relevant departments in Xiamen City to carry out design analysis on eleven aspects of the renovation content of Wumei Community.The design meets the needs of old community transformation,and the technical plan is feasible,which can provide technical guidance for the renovation of similar old communities in Xiamen City.
