摘要

基于可持续发展理念,本文针对建筑运行阶段普遍面临的碳排放量高与能效不足问题,创新性地融合了建筑信息模型(BIM)与物联网(IoT)技术,构建了一套高效的可视化能源运行监测系统.该系统通过建筑的能耗设备测点设置,为建筑能耗阈值预警设置、智能化管理、优化设备运行、减少耗损提供基础.实现了对建筑及其设施设备的精细化、可视化监控,是减少建筑物碳排放的重要技术手段.

Abstract

In response to the common problems of high carbon emissions and insufficient energy efficiency in the operation phase of buildings,based on the concept of sustainable development,an efficient visual energy operation monitoring system has been constructed by innovatively integrating Building Information Modeling(BIM)and Internet of Things(IoT)technologies.This system provides a foundation for setting energy consumption threshold warnings,intelligent management,optimizing equipment operation,and reducing consumption through the measurement points of building energy consumption equipment.The implementation of precise and visual monitoring of buildings as well as their facilities and equipment are import-ant technical means to reduce building carbon emissions.
