摘要
城市建设用地的紧张和"停车难"等问题的日益突出,由此需要大规模开发和利用地下空间,以满足居民日常生活需求.住宅类建筑地下室设计要合理布置相关功能,保证在整体工程质量不受影响的基础上,满足群众的基本停车需求,以及项目本身的负荷中心、人防工程等的设置需求.本文对住宅类建筑设计中地下室设计的基本需求展开深入分析,在此基础上提出住宅类建筑设计中地下室的设计要点与优化措施.
Abstract
Due to the increasing shortage of urban construction land and the problem of parking difficulty,it is necessary to develop and utilize underground space on a large scale to meet the daily needs of residents.The basement design of residential buildings should reasonably arrange relevant functions,while ensuring that the overall project quality is not affected,meeting the basic parking needs of the public,as well as the setting requirements of the project's load center,civil air defense engineering,etc.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the basic requirements for basement design in residential building design.Based on this,the design points and optimization measures for basements are proposed for residential building design.
