Research on Application Measures of Roof Greening from Perspective of Sponge City
Many cities have taken the construction of Sponge City as the core of flood control strategy and the primary direction of urban planning,aiming to closely integrate the urban hydrological system and alleviate the harm of extreme rainfall to the sustainable urban development.This model also emphasizes the importance of maintaining the urban natural ecological balance.The roof greening,as the key infrastructure in the urban layout,is crucial to the construction of Sponge City,as well as an important part of the flood control and drainage system.This study deeply analyzes the core characteristics of Sponge City,and systematically and explains the implementation strategies of roof greening planning and design and their various advantages,aiming at building a rainwater-friendly ecosystem for the areas with poor water circulation,so as to realize the harmonious coexistence of long-term urban development and ecological environment.
