Traditional architectural artisans,as key labor group in preserving traditional architectural techniques,play crucial roles in promoting high-quality industrial development in the new era.This study employs combination of field research and in-depth interviews to analyze the current development status and challenges faced by traditional architectural artisans and their new quality productive forces.Through systematic analysis of internal factors,the concept of"future traditional architectural artisans"is proposed,and the characteristics of Four New Concepts are elaborated with the expectation of providing references for the inheritance and protection of Chinese traditional architecture,as well as high-quality industrial devel-opment and modernization transformation.
