摘要
随着国家双碳战略及好房子建设的推进,钢结构模块化建筑得到广泛应用,但同时也面对着诸多挑战.本文通过好房子建造,针对钢结构模块化建筑进行了性能分析与优化,提升了建筑在安全耐久、健康舒适、绿色低碳、智慧便捷等方面的性能.总结钢结构模块化好房子在建筑、结构、机电、装修等方面的创新探索,特别是在智能建造、节能降碳、风光环境优化、空间可变等方面的做法,为好房子建设和推广提供实践经验.
Abstract
With the advancement of the national Dual-Carbon strategy and the promotion of Better Housing,steel-structure modular buildings have been widely applied,but they also face numerous challenges.Through the construction of Better Housing,this paper has conducted performance analysis and optimization for steel-structure modular buildings,and improved the performance of buildings in terms of safety,durability,health,comfort,green and low-carbon features,as well as smart convenience.This article summarizes the innovative explorations in steel-structure modular Better Housing across architecture,structural design,electromechanical systems,and interior finishing,with particular focus on prefabricated construction,energy conservation and carbon reduction,wind and solar environmental optimization,and flexible spatial solutions,which could provide valuable practical experience for the development and promotion of Better Housing.
