摘要

在传统的钢结构模块化建筑生产中,生产自动化程度较低,生产不同规格产品时,需频繁调整工装,并且对焊接工人焊接工艺要求很高.为解决这些问题,提出一套面向钢结构模块化建筑的机器人系统生产线,包含装配、焊接、总装等流程,通过自研的RoBIM系统的控制,能够根据订单情况进行自适应的柔性生产.通过应用实践,证明了该机器人系统生产线柔性化、智能化、高效率等优点.

Abstract

In the production of traditional steel structure modular buildings,the level of production automation is relatively low.When producing products of different specifications,it is necessary to frequently adjust the tooling,and the requirements for the welding techniques of welders are very high.To address these issues,an industrial robotic processing system for steel structure modular buildings is proposed,which includes processes such as assembly,welding,and final assembly.Under the control of the self-developed RoBIM system,it can conduct adaptive and flexible production according to order-driven demands.The flexibility of this robot system production line,intelligence and high efficiency through application and practice.
