As an emerging construction method,modular building can realize the parallel construction of the factory and the construction site through the help of digital technology and factory manufacturing,greatly reducing the on-site construction content and reducing the total construction period.With the implementation of a number of modular building projects,the installation and reservation of the electromechanical pipelines involved in the factory,as well as the rapid connection construction of the electromechanical pipelines on the site,have become the key and difficult points affecting the construction progress and quality of modular buildings.Taking the N20 blue-collar apartment project in Yizhuang,Beijing as an example,this paper summarizes the solutions of these key difficulties in the construction process of the project,and carries out further analysis and research..
