摘要

本文通过分析模块化建筑施工中的关键要点,包括模块设计、工厂化生产和现场组装,旨在展示模块化安装技术在提高施工效率、降低成本和提升工程质量方面的优势.本文结合BIM技术的应用,进一步优化了模块化管道系统的设计和施工流程.研究结果表明,模块化安装技术不仅能够显著缩短工期,还能减少资源消耗和环境污染,为建筑行业的可持续发展提供了有力支持.

Abstract

This article analyzes the key points in modular construction,including module design,factory production,and on-site assembly,aiming to demonstrate the advantages of modular installation technology in improving construction efficiency,reducing costs,and enhancing project quality.Combined with the application of BIM technology,the design and construction process of modular pipeline systems have been further optimized.The research results indicate that modular installation technology can not only significantly shorten the construction period,but also reduce resource consumption and environmental pollution,providing strong supports for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
