"平急两用"公共基础设施建设是新时代建设领域的三大工程之一.将平时使用和应急使用与公共基础设施建设有机结合,可为大型城市提供重要的应急保障资源储备.以北京市政府应急防控整体布局"建设者之家"项目为依托,对"平急两用"拆装式建筑模块化设计及转换机制进行梳理,分析钢结构模块化建筑"平急两用"平面规划设计方法、模块化设计方法、快速建造技术、一体化数字协同技术等,为后续"平急两用"基础设施建设提供技术支撑.
The construction of public infrastructure is one of the three with dual-purpose for normal and emergency use is the three major projects in the construction field of the new era.The organic combination of normal and emergency use with public infrastructure construction can provide important emergency security resources reserve for large cities.Based on the overall layout of the Beijing Municipal Government's emergency prevention project"Builder's Home",the modular design and conversion mechanism of demountable buildings with"dual-purpose for normal and emergency use"are sorted out,and the"normal and emergency use"planar planning and design methods,modular design methods,rapid construction technology,and integrated digital collaboration technology of the steel structure modular buildings are analyzed,which could provide technical support for the subsequent construction of infrastructure with the function of"dual-purpose for normal and emergency use".
