在2022年疫情防控转段的关键时期,北京市政府积极响应国家号召,大力推行疫情防控集中隔离点的建设.琉璃河镇平各庄村集租房(集中医学观察点)平急两用项目作为房山区的重点建设项目,旨在打造一个既符合永久建筑标准,又能灵活转换的医学观察点.该项目时间紧迫,需快速完成设计与施工,而且要符合应急项目的高标准与特殊要求.在此背景下,建筑师负责制与EPC模式的结合显得尤为重要.本文将以此项目为例,探讨建筑师负责制与EPC模式的结合,在"平急两用"项目中的应用与实践,同时探讨装配式建筑与集成化模块在该项目中的创新应用.
During the critical period of epidemic prevention and control transition in 2022,the Beijing Municipal Government actively responded to the national call and vigorously promoted the construction of centralized isolation points for epidemic prevention and control.As a key construction project in Fangshan District,the Pinggezhuang Village collective rental housing(centralized medical observation point)and dual-purpose for normal and emergency use project in Liulihe Town aims to create a medical observation point that meets both permanent building standards and flexible conversion.The project is time sensitive and requires rapid completion of design and construction,while also meeting the high standards and special requirements of emergency projects.In this context,the combination of architect responsibility system and EPC model is particularly important.This article takes this project as an example to explore the combination of architect responsibility system and EPC work model,and analyze its application and practice in the"dual-purpose for normal and emergency use"project.At the same time,it explores the innovative application of prefabricated buildings and integrated modules in this project.
