摘要
随着绿色低碳、可持续发展理念的深入,装配式模块化建筑将是未来建筑的一大发展趋势.本文以北京亦庄N20蓝领公寓项目为例,从结构选型、总体到局部节点的设计、工厂制造、现场安装、网上平台监控、模块网上溯源、现场安全管理等几个方面研究分析,保证项目快速安全地完成,为酒店式公寓提供了一个设计、建造一体化施工的模版.
Abstract
As the concepts of green,low-carbon and sustainable development becomes more deeply rooted,prefabricated modular building is set to be a major trend in the future of architecture.This article takes the N20 Blue-collar Apartment project in Yizhuang,Beijing as an example,discussing the selection of structural types,the design from the overall to the local nodes,factory manufacturing,on-site installation,online platform monitoring,traceability of modules on the network,on-site safety management,which ensured the project to be completed quickly and safely.It provides a template for an integrated design and construction process for hotel apartments.
