在装配式建筑施工中,墙体与顶板均需考虑电气管路预留,PC叠合板则需要在现浇层上考虑定位和敷设.装配式建筑PC叠合板电气管路敷设施工具有其特殊性,装配式建筑PC叠合板桁架钢筋标高位置限制了电气管路敷设的方式、空间、路由,使电气管路敷设由"放"改为"穿".为满足电气管路保护层厚度、管路的弯曲半径等规范要求,更要满足精装修对点位的使用要求,对PC叠合板内管线及点位优化进行论述,对PC叠合板面线路铺设进行探讨.
Design and Construction Optimization of Pipeline Laying for Prefabricated PC Composite Panels
In the construction of prefabricated buildings,electrical pipeline reservations need to be reserved for both walls and ceilings,while positioning and laying of PC composite panels need to be considered on the cast-in-place layer.The construction of electrical pipeline laying in PC composite panels of prefabricated buildings has its particularity.The elevation position of the e truss reinforcement in the prefabricated building PC composite panel restricts the way,space,and routing of electrical pipeline laying,which changes the laying method of electrical pipelines from"placing"to"threading".In order to meet the specifications for the thickness of the protective layer of electrical pipelines,the bending radius of pipelines,and also to meet the requirements for the use of points in fine decoration,this paper discusses the optimization of pipelines and points in PC composite panels,and explores the pipeline laying of circuits on PC composite panels.
