以某办公楼附属楼为例,研究其绿色工业化建造方式,针对装配式混凝土框架结构的连接节点进行重点研究分析,主要预制构件包括预制柱、预制梁、预制楼梯、预制板,通过创新连接节点形式,减少施工过程中的支撑布置,结合BIM技术进行优化验证,为后续类似装配式框架结构项目的设计、构件生产、安装建造提供了新的方式以及依据.
Research on the Application of Innovative Nodes in Prefabricated Concrete Frame Structure
By taking the annex building of an office building as example,this study investigates its green industrialized construction methodology.The connection nodes of the prefabricated concrete frame structure are the core of research and analysis.The main prefabricated components encompass prefabricated columns,prefabricated beams,prefabricated stairs,and prefabricated panels.Through innovating the form of connection nodes and minimizing the support arrangement during the construction process,in combination with the optimization and verification of BIM technology,it offers a novel approach and foundation for the design,component production,installation,and construction of subsequent similar prefabricated frame structure projects.
