Office Building Design Practice based on Dual Goals of Green and Health——A Case Study of Tianjin Haihe Liulin Urban Renewal Intelligent Hub Center
The construction industry in China is transforming from high-speed expansion to high-quality development.Since Green Buildings tends to be widely promoted and implemented at the policy level,the design and operation of Green Buildings combined with the concept of healthy buildings can not only improve the indoor and outdoor environmental health quality of the project,but also respond to the policy orientation of"Healthy China".Taking the Intelligent Hub Center project as an example,this paper discusses how office buildings can adopt comprehensive technical measures to achieve the dual goals of green and health from the perspectives of low carbonization,intelligence and humanization.
