高密度中小学校园海绵城市设计实践研究——以中新天津生态城碧桂园小学项目为例

本文以中新天津生态城碧桂园小学项目海绵城市设计为例,介绍了在高密度中小学校园基底上进行海绵城市设计的对应策略,通过合理地布置雨水花园、下凹式绿地等海绵设施,将建筑雨水立管与海绵设施有效地衔接,在各汇水分区均衡设置海绵设施.经综合测算,从总体设计到四个汇水分区,均满足上位规划及试点区年径流总量控制率80%、年污染物(SS)总量去除率60%的管控要求.
Research on Sponge City Design Practice in High Density Primary and Secondary School Campuses——Taking Biguiyuan Primary School Project in China-Singapore Tianjin Ecocity as example
This article takes the Sponge City design of Biguiyuan Primary School in China-Singapore Tianjin Ecocity as an example to introduce the corresponding strategies for Sponge City design on the basis of high-density primary and secondary school campuses.By reasonably arranging sponge facilities such as rainwater gardens and sunken green spaces,the building rainwater riser is effectively connected to the sponge facilities,and sponge facilities are evenly set in each catchment sub-region.After comprehensive calculation,from the overall design to the four catchment sub-regions,the control requirements of the upper-level planning and the pilot area's annual runoffvolume control rate of 80%and the annual pollutant(SS)total removal rate of 60%are met.
