Since China's commercial economy has continued to prosper in recent years,both the quantity and quality of star-rated hotels have signifi-cantly increased.Against the backdrop of high-quality development in the construction industry,star-rated hotel buildings are moving towards intelli-gent buildings.The article takes the intelligent design of star-rated hotel buildings as the research topic,and discusses the main directions of building intelligence.Based on the design principles of star-rated hotel building intelligence,control points are proposed,and the design is carried out from multiple aspects to promote the increase of star-rated hotel profits and facilitate the sustainable development of the hotel industry.
