摘要
特色田园乡村·乡村振兴集成示范试点是贵州探索乡村振兴的必由之路.既要进一步巩固脱贫攻坚成果,也要通过试点建设探索脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接的可复制可持续的路径和方法,找出一条符合贵州实际又不同于东部发达地区的乡村振兴特色之路.本文以贵州省黔南州龙里县五新村为例,着力破解贵州乡村问题,在创新乡村治理机制、培育乡村产业、提升空间品质,完善设施配套等方面积极探索,为贵州地区特色田园建设探路.
Abstract
Featured countryside,the integrated demonstration and pilot program of rural revitalization is the inevitable way for Guizhou to explore rural revitalization.It is necessary to not only further consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,but also explore a reproducible and sustainable path and method to effectively link poverty alleviation and rural revitalization through pilot construction,so as to find a characteristic road of rural revitalization that conforms to the reality of Guizhou and is different from the developed areas in the east.Taking Wuxin Village,Longli County,Qiannan Prefecture,Guizhou Province as an example,this paper focuses on solving the rural problems in Guizhou,and actively explores in aspects such as the innovation of rural governance mechanism,the cultivation of rural industries,the improvement of spatial quality,and the improvement of facilities,so as to explore the way for the construction of featured countryside in Guizhou.
