As the service life of buildings increases,the safety and reliability of exterior windows,as important components of the building envelope,requires significant attentions.By conducting safety inspections of existing exterior windows,potential hazards can be identified in a timely manner,and appropriate measures can be taken to ensure safety and comfort during building usage.This paper discusses the safety inspection methods,key points,improvement measures and quality control for existing building exterior windows.
