深基坑地下通道沉降缝防渗漏结构施工技术

随着社会经济的不断发展,越来越多分期开发的建筑群采用地下通道连接,地下通道两端的地下室结构"同为新建"或"一新一旧".文章针对变形缝渗漏的问题,提出了优化沉降缝位置,在单体建筑地下室与地下通道墙体之间设置"刚柔结合"的施工缝及沉降缝,采用"防排结合"的渗漏防控方案.本技术原理清晰,实施方便,成本低,效果好,对类似地下室通道结构沉降缝渗漏质量通病的防治有积极的借鉴意义.
Construction Technology for Anti-leakage Structure of Settlement Joints in Underground Passages of Deep Foundation Pits
With the continuous development of the social economy,more and more buildings complexes developed in stages are connected by underground passages,and the basement structures at both ends of the underground passages are either"both newly built"or"one new and one old".The article addresses the issue of leakage in deformation joints,and proposes optimizing the position of settlement joints by setting up"rigid-flexible combination"construction joints and settlement joints between the basement of a single building and the wall of the underground passage,and adopting a"prevention and drainage combination"leakage prevention and control plan.This technology has clear principles with easy implementation,low cost,and good effects,which has positive reference significance for the prevention and control of common quality problems such as settlement joint leakage in similar basement passage structures.
