Public data itself has great value,and the public data open platform is the medium to exert the value of public data.The construction of public data open platform in China is not complete and standardized,and there are many problems that need to be solved.Based on the research of domestic scholars and relevant data and combined with the actual public data open platform,this paper expounds the construction status of public data open platform and the research status of public data open platform.It is found that the public data open platform has problems such as imperfect laws and regulations,unbalanced regional development,low platform utilization and non-standard platform construction,and proposes that the public data open platform needs to strengthen legislation and build perfect laws and regulations;enhance public awareness of data and accelerate personnel training;demand-oriented access to high-quality public data;clarify the scope of data opening and improve the path of platform function improvement,to promote the better sustainable development of China's public data open platform.
