Research on the key factors of private colleges and universities serving the local economic development in the context of industry-education integration
The key factors of private colleges and universities serving the local economic development in the context of industry-education integration were analysed using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.The results show that the importance of each factor in private colleges and universities serving the local economy varies.Government support and policy guarantees rank first with a weight of 15.00%,followed by the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism and scientific research and social services.The positioning of running schools and talent training models,practical teaching conditions,and the sharing of school-local resources are at an intermediate level,while the construction of teaching staff and quality assurance and assessment feedback also play an important supporting and guaranteeing role.Accordingly,targeted suggestions are put forward to better promote private colleges and universities serving the local economy.
