Research on the influencing factors and cultivation methods of practical ability of civil engineering students from the perspective of new engineering disciplines
Good practical ability is an important condition for civil engineering students to successfully find employment.In order to explore the ways to cultivate practical abilities of civil engineering students in universities and improve their integration with society,based on the analysis of the structure of practical abilities,this article explores and studies the ways to cultivate practical abilities of students in this major from four aspects:professional curriculum system,experimental and practical training conditions,teacher engineering practical abilities,and school enterprise cooperation,by analyzing the main factors that affect the cultivation of practical abilities.The research results can provide theoretical basis for the development of talent training programs for civil engineering majors.
