Research on enterprise innovation management empowered by archives information resource management
Under the background of digital transformation,archive management is transitioning from traditional storage to intelligent services,and archive data has become a key information resource to promote innovative development of enterprises.The article explores how archive information resource management empowers enterprise innovation management,systematically reviews the research status of archive information resource management and enterprise innovation culture management,and constructs a model framework for empowering enterprise innovation management with archive information resources.By analyzing the innovation management practices of State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,a path for implementing enterprise innovation management based on archive information resources was proposed,and an innovation management support system was constructed.The research results indicate that scientific archive information resource management can significantly enhance the innovation capability of enterprises,providing solid knowledge support for enterprise innovation management and digital transformation.This study not only expands the dimensions of archival value mining research,but also provides new ideas for optimizing innovative management models in enterprises.
