Based on the role of university libraries in cultivating graduate innovation ability,this article analyzes the problems existing in the current process of graduate innovation ability cultivation in university libraries,and provides targeted reform and development strategies for library service models,including strengthening the integration of collection resources,building characteristic discipline resources,enhancing information literacy education,constructing embedded cooperative courses,strengthening basic stage services,meeting high-level individual needs,establishing thematic research spaces,strengthening academic exchange and collaboration,establishing joint training models,and tracking discipline services throughout the process,in order to help university libraries achieve the reform and development of talent innovation ability cultivation service models.
