In the context of the Big Data era,the construction of smart cities based on data mining and application has become an inevitable trend in urban development.As the main body of social management and urban governance,the data resources formed and managed by the government account for about 80%of the total social volume.Effective governance of these data can not only generate new value,but also help accelerate the construction of smart cities.The article will deconstruct government data openness,revealing its logical relationship and mechanism of action with the WeChat ecosystem.At the same time,we will explore the main challenges faced by current government data openness and seek potential paths for the development of government data openness based on the WeChat ecosystem.This has important theoretical and practical significance for the high-quality development of China's government data open platform.
