数智时代读者需求发生了改变,高校图书馆开始逐渐提升电子书的采购比例,高校图书馆电子书馆配业务由此得到发展,出版社、传统纸质资源馆配商等纷纷进军电子书馆配市场.在图书馆与馆配商、出版社合作进程中,版权纠纷、供需关系错位等问题极大地阻碍了馆配市场的发展.文章通过调查国内中文电子书市场现状,剖析国内电子书馆配市场存在的问题,根据信息生态理论构建电子书馆配服务模式,从馆配服务主体、内容、对象、环境和评价 5 方面对模式中的要素进行详细解读.最后,为了保障所构建的电子书馆配服务模式有效运行,提出当前电子书馆配市场的发展对策,以确保市场生态健康协调发展.
Abstract
In the era of digital intelligence,the demand for readers has changed,and university libraries have gradually increased the proportion of e-book purchases.As a result,the e-book distribution business of university libraries has developed,and publishers,traditional library distributors,and others have entered the e-book distribution market.In the process of cooperation between libraries,library service providers,and publishing houses,a series of problems such as copyright disputes and supply-demand imbalances have emerged,greatly hindering the development of the library service market.The article investigates the current situation of the Chinese e-book market in China,points out the problems existing in the domestic e-book library distribution market,and constructs an e-book library distribution service model based on information ecology theory.It provides a detailed interpretation of the elements in the model from five aspects:library distribution service subject,content,object,environment,and evaluation.Finally,in order to ensure the effective operation of the constructed e-book library distribution service model,the article proposes development strategies for the current e-book library distribution market to ensure the healthy and coordinated development of the market ecosystem.
