摘要

新研制的GHC1545 永磁筒式磁选机筒体直径1500 mm,筒体长度4500 mm,采用不同结构的复合磁极组和多梯度挤压磁系结构,磁包角140°,平均磁感应强度180 mT,矿浆通过量可达600~1000 m3/h.在弓长岭选矿厂一选车间的工业试验表明,单台GHC1545磁选机能够匹配MQY5067溢流型球磨机274 t/h的干矿处理量,而且在铁精矿晶位相近的情况下,回收率比现场其他系列所用CTB1232磁选机的回收率提高1.97个百分点.

Abstract

GHC1545 permanent magnet drum separator with drum body's diameter of 1 500 mm and length of 4 500 mm was newly developed, which adopted the compound magnetic poles with different structure and multi-gradient extruded magnetic system. Its magnetic angle is 140° , the average intensity of magnetic field is 180 mT and the flow capacity of slurry is 600 ~ l 000 m3/h. In Gongchangling dressing plant, the industrial experiments in the first workshop showed that single GHC1545 magnetic separator can match the handling capacity of 274 t/h of MQY5067 overflow ball mill for dry ores.Under the condition of iron concentrate in the same grade, the recovery of iron concentrate was increased by l. 97% than that of other series CTB1232 magnetic separators.
