摘要
酒钢原有650万t选矿厂采用盘式真空过滤机过滤铁精矿,滤饼水分一般达15.5％ ～ 16.0％,有时甚至更高.酒钢新建400万t选矿厂为使精矿滤饼水分低于13％以满足烧结工序的需要,在实验室试验和半工业试验的基础上,选择了山东莱芜煤矿机械有限公司生产的GPJ-120型圆盘加压过滤机作为精矿过滤设备.设备投入使用后滤饼水分平均在12.69％、干基利用系数平均为1.03 t/(m3·h)、滤液固含量小于3％,达到了预期目标.圆盘加压过滤机在酒钢新建400万t选矿厂的成功应用显示了其在处理难过滤金属矿产物料方面的推广价值.
Abstract
In Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company,the original concentrator with capacity of 6 500 000 t adopts the disc vacuum filter to treat iron concentrate,by which the cake moisture generally reaches 15.5％ ～ 16.0％,and sometimes even higher.A capacity of 4 000 000 t new concentrator in Jiusteel expected to control the cake moisture less than 13％ in order to meet the needs of the sintering process.Based on the laboratory tests and semi-industrial tests,GPJ-120 disc press filter produced by Shandong Laiwu Coal Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd.is adopted as filtration equipment to filter the concentrate.After putting into operation,the cake with moisture of 12.69％ on average,dry basis average coefficient of 1.03t/(m3 · h),and filtrate solids content of less than 3％ reaches the goal expected.Its successful application in 4 000 000 t new concentrator in Jiusteel indicates that it has a promotion potential in filtering the refractory metal minerals.
