内蒙古某低品位斑岩型铜钼矿石浮选试验

内蒙古某低品位斑岩型铜钼矿石矿物成分复杂,目的矿物相互嵌生,且粒度粗细不均.为开发利用该资源,采用阶段磨矿、阶段混合浮选原则流程进行了选矿试验.结果表明,采用一段磨矿-1粗3扫混合浮选—混合粗精矿再磨-1粗3精3扫流程处理该矿石,最终获得了铜、钼、金品位分别为20.20%、0.797%、20.30 g/t,铜、钼、金回收率分别为为88.42%、80.39%、74.75%的铜钼混合精矿.
The composition of a low-grade porphyry copper-molybdenum ore mineral in Inner Mongolia is complex,and the valuable minerals are mutually embedded in raw and unevenly grain size.In order to utilize the minerals,beneficiation tests on the ore are made by adopting the process of stage grinding and stage bulk flotation.The results showed that copper-molybdenum mixed concentrate with Cu,Mo and Au grade of 20.20%,0.797% and 20.30 g/t and Cu,Mo and Au recovery of 88.42%,80.39% and 74.75% were achieved respectively by the process of one-stage grinding,bulk flotation of one roughing and three scavenging,regfinding of mixed coarse concentrates,one roughing-three cleaning-three scavenging,and middles back to the flow-sheet in turn.
