摘要

云南某高硫低铜铜矿石,铜氧化率达18.52%,容易产生可溶性离子,增加铜硫分离难度.为给选矿厂的工艺改进提供依据,在原工艺基础上进行了浮选新工艺研究.结果表明:通过药剂制度优化和增设中矿再磨作业及浮选柱精选作业,铜精矿铜品位从16.81%提高到22.45%,铜回收率从70.98%提高到79.81%,现场工艺流程的石灰用量大幅度下降,为后续选硫创造了条件.

Abstract

A copper sulfide ore from Yunnan with oxidation rate of 18.52% is easy to produce dissolvable ions which make Cu-S separation more difficult.To provide the basis for optimizing beneficiation process,a new flotation process was conducted,based on the primary process.The results showed that the copper grade increased from 16.81% to 22.45% and the recovery increased from 70.98% to 79.81% in the concentrate,via optimizing the reagents regime and adding the procedures of middling regrinding and column flotation for cleaning.Additionally,the dosage of lime used in the process decreased a lot,which is beneficial to the subsequent concentration of sulfur.
