鞍山地区许东沟和哑巴岭采区的铁矿石铁品位为 29.50%,铁矿物主要为磁铁矿,主要脉石为石英.为高效开发利用该矿石,在采用X荧光分析、化学成分分析、铁物相检测和扫描电子显微镜分析矿石性质基础上,进行了湿式粗粒中磁预选—阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选—淘洗机精选条件试验和扩大连选试验.结果表明:①-2.5 mm高压辊磨产品经过筒式磁选机中磁预选,粗精矿铁品位为 40.20%、铁回收率为 89.76%;② 预选粗精矿经过两阶段磨矿(一、二段磨矿细度分别为-0.074 mm占75%和-0.045 mm占90%)、三阶段弱磁选和一段淘洗机精选,最终获得产率35.73%、铁品位 67.08%、铁回收率 81.24%的铁精矿,尾矿铁品位为 8.61%,研究结果可作为该矿石开发利用依据.
Research on Magnetic Separation Process of Fine-grained Lean Magnetite Ore in Anshan Region
The iron grade of iron ore in Xudonggou and Yabaleng mining areas in Anshan region is 29.50%.The main i-ron minerals is magnetite,and the main gangue mineral is quartz.In order to develop and utilize the ore efficiently,based on the ore properties analysis obtained by X-ray fluorescence analysis,chemical composition analysis,iron phase detection and scan-ning electron microscope,the selection conditions of wet coarse medium magnetic preconcentration,stage grinding stage weak magnetic separation,elutriation machine cleaning and extended continuous separation test were carried out.The results showed that:① the iron grade and recovery rate of magnetic pre-selected coarse concentrate in the drum magnetic separator of-2.5 mm high pressure roller grinding products are 40.20%and 89.76%;② After two stages of grinding(the fineness of the first and second stages of grinding is-0.074 mm accounting for 75%and-0.045 mm accounting for 90%,respectively),three sta-ges of low intensity magnetic separation,and one stage of washing machine selection,the iron concentrate with final yield of 35.73%,iron grade of 67.08%,iron recovery of 81.24%was obtained,and iron grade of tailings is only 8.61%.The research results can be used as the basis for development and utilization of the ore.
